Editorial contact
Contact ChainBankroll
There are six ways to reach the editorial team: editorial inbox, press inquiries, corrections, tip submission, partnership inquiries, and encrypted channels. Each has a route below. We don't require real names for any of them.
Pseudonym-friendly · No real names requiredChannel 1
Editorial inbox
For general editorial inquiries, feedback, and questions about published work.
Channel 2
Press inquiries
Journalists, researchers, and academic inquiries route through the editorial inbox with a subject prefix.
Press + researchMethodology clarifications, dataset extracts, public-record context
Subject prefix: Press:
What we can provide
- Methodology clarifications
- Scoring rubric breakdowns
- Testing-dataset extracts (per launch baseline)
- Public-record context on operator licensing
What we won't comment on
- Individual operator disputes that haven't completed our re-testing cycle
- Ongoing legal matters involving operators
Channel 3
Corrections + errata
Corrections route through the editorial inbox with subject prefix. Confirmed errors are corrected within 7 days, dated and appended visibly per editorial policy.
Report an errorFactual corrections + sourced suggested fix
Subject prefix: Correction: [page URL]
What to include
- Specific claim that needs correction
- Suggested correction
- Source link (operator-official, regulator-official, or testing-data ideally)
- Optional: your handle for reply - pseudonym fine, "Anonymous" acceptable
What happens after submission
- Editorial team verifies the claim against rubric + source-hierarchy
- If error confirmed: page updated with corrected claim + dated correction note appended
- Material corrections (score change, legality reversal, license-status change) carry inline dateline at top of affected section
- Resolution communicated back within 7 days
What does NOT get corrected via this channel: scoring decisions readers disagree with - those remain editorial judgment per rubric. Disagreement about a score can be filed but won't trigger a revision unless underlying rubric-data is wrong.
Channel 4
Tip submission - operator malpractice
Operator-malpractice reports (withdrawal stonewalling, KYC weaponization, T&C bait-and-switch) route through a secure channel. Pseudonym + encryption supported.
Whistleblower / pattern reportOperator malpractice + verifiable pattern
Subject prefix: Tip: · For higher-sensitivity reports use PGP-encrypted email or Signal below.
What we look for
- Specific operator + specific behaviour
- Timeline (when + how long)
- Evidence (screenshots, ticket IDs - redactable for PII)
- Whether you've contacted the operator first
What we do with tips
- Verify against testing dataset + operator-official sources + public dispute databases
- Surface verified patterns in operator reviews Transparency dimension
- Never publish tipster identity without explicit consent
We are not investigative journalists. We are testers. We surface patterns that align with our testing data.
Channel 5
Partnership inquiries
Operator partnership inquiries route through the editorial inbox. We do not accept paid placement, paid reviews, or pay-to-rank arrangements.
Affiliate + press releaseOperator partnership routing
Subject prefix: Partnership:
What we accept
- Standard affiliate-network onboarding (testing applies same rubric; no payment alters scoring)
- Press-release submissions for legality + license-status sections
What we don't accept
- Paid placement in /best/ rankings
- Paid reviews with editorial strings
- Advance review copies for guaranteed coverage
- Pay-to-rank arrangements of any kind
- Affiliate fee bumps in exchange for higher scoring
Channel 6
Encrypted channels - PGP + Signal
Privacy-conscious tipsters and journalists can reach us via PGP-encrypted email or Signal. Pseudonym-friendly. We never ask for real identity.
PGP + SignalEncrypted email + secure messenger
PGP public key Phase 1.5
Fingerprint: TBD at launch
Public key will be published at /pgp-key.txt and signed with the editorial inbox address.
Signal handle Phase 1.5
Signal handle TBD
For higher-sensitivity tips. Crypto privacy norms apply: we never ask for real identity.
Why these matter: crypto-casino testers and operator-side whistleblowers benefit from encrypted-channel access. We commit to publishing PGP + Signal availability by Phase 1.5 if not at launch.
A note on customer support
If you need help with your own operator account, contact the operator directly
If you need help with your own operator account (withdrawal stuck, KYC delayed, bonus not credited), contact the operator's support directly. We don't process customer-support requests on operators' behalf.
Why: we are not customer service; we are testers and editors. Operator support has account-level access; we don't.
What we DO with operator-support failures: if you've contacted the operator and the failure is patterned (others report the same), submit a tip - we may surface the pattern in operator reviews.
