What I didn't expect from the 30-day study

I came from the operator side. I spent 12 years building the infrastructure I now test against. I came into this study with three assumptions. Two were wrong. - Quinn Hartwell

Assumption #1 Wrong

I expected crypto-native operators to dominate withdrawal speed across the board

The data showed something else. Stake, BC.Game, Shuffle - the three crypto-natives - do dominate the top of the speed ranking (3 min, 5 min, 6 min routine medians). But the surprise was Vavada at 8 min and Roobet at 9 min - both fiat-hybrid platforms that I expected to slow-walk withdrawals based on legacy infrastructure. They didn't. Vavada's withdrawal pipeline operates on a separate processing tier from its deposit-and-bonus tier, and the speed shows it. Roobet streamer-economy depends on visible-fast-payouts; the 9 minute median reflects that. Crypto-native is correlated with speed but isn't the whole story.

Assumption #2 Wrong

I expected KYC triggers to be opaque - "we'll know it when we see it"

They aren't opaque. They're calibrated. Operators trigger KYC at the exact threshold where suspected AML risk crosses lifetime-value of the depositor - and that threshold is publicly inferrable from observed cycle data. Assumption #3 Held up

I expected support to be the weakest dimension across the board

The data confirms it. 6 of 9 operators stay first-tier on complex queries; resolution requires multiple round-trips. Only 3 escalate to senior support within 4 hours.   3. Sample size per operator: ~50 cycles. Statistical confidence interval is wide for tail percentiles at this N. Phase 1.5 expanded 90-day study will tighten the bands.
